Section 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services located at https://www.omnivote.io (the "Site").

1. DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, omnivote.io will take whatever action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including the removal or disabling of access to the challenged content on the Site.

Requirements for Notice

To be effective, your Notice of Alleged Infringement must be in writing and include the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including sufficient information for us to locate the material (e.g., direct URLs on omnivote.io).

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Requirements for Counter-Notice

To be effective, your Counter-Notification must include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared on omnivote.io before it was removed or disabled.
• Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement containing the following phrase: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
• A statement under penalty of perjury containing the following phrase: "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification sent to mail@omnivote.io, omnivote.io may forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file an action seeking a court order within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, omnivote.io has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site or terminate user accounts for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
